About
CodeYogi USA is a nonprofit founded by technopreneurs who've spent their careers building products at companies like Google, OpenAI, Meta, and Stripe — and who believe the skills that built their own careers should not remain the privilege of a few.
We exist to close one of the most consequential gaps of our time: the gap between who gets to learn AI and technology skills, and who gets left behind.
Incorporated in Wyoming in 2026 as a 501(c)(3) public benefit nonprofit, CodeYogi USA provides a formal structure for what its founders have been doing individually for years — volunteering their time, technical expertise, and advisory support to education-focused nonprofits serving underserved youth.
AI and technology skills should be within reach of every learner — for the benefit of all, for the benefit of good.
To democratize access to AI and technology skills for underserved learners, closing the opportunity gap and creating a generational shift — where historically excluded communities produce the professionals and entrepreneurs who pull the next generation forward.
AI fluency is quickly becoming as fundamental as basic literacy. Not just for technology careers — across domains and job roles. The students who develop these skills in the next few years will compound their advantage. Those who don't will fall further behind than ever.
This is a rare window. For the first time in decades, everyone is starting near zero with AI. The playing field is briefly level. But it won't stay that way for long.
We're here to make sure the window doesn't close on the students who need it most.
